Insult is a Punk Metal band originating from Bristol, England. The group was initially established in the mid-1980's by drummer Steve Grice, alongside with other members from the thrash metal band Onslaught. They began performing headline shows in their local area and beyond. Joining Steve in this revival is former Onslaught bassist/guitarist Jase Stallard and Onslaught roadie Jase Howell, who takes on vocal duties, both of which were also in the initial Insult formation. This seasoned core has been complimented by guitarists Robbie Harris and Jonny Fifield, completing the ensemble.

Currently, Insult is in process of creating their debut album, entitled 'Reside Infernus' which is set to be released in early 2025. The album will feature eight tracks characterised by powerful riffs, thunderous drumming and intense vocals, all designed to satisfy fans of aggressive yet melodic metal music.

The bands expanding fan base is fuelled with electrifying and somewhat formidable live performances, which consistently lead to repeat bookings due to the high energy they bring to each show.
